707ok Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 707ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 707ok website located at 707ok.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By creating a 707ok account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 707ok platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 707ok. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

References to "BDT" or "৳" mean Bangladeshi Taka. All financial thresholds, limits, and fees quoted in these Terms are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. References to time are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 707ok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of 707ok or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 707ok or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using funds that belong to another person without their explicit authorisation.

707ok reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. This includes, but is not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

If 707ok has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 707ok services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals meeting all criteria set out in Section 2 above.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 707ok at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same contact details, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 707ok reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.

• Retain the original deposit amounts in line with applicable regulations.

Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party who accessed your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure — is your sole responsibility.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

707ok operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, players must complete identity verification by submitting copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash account in the player's name).
• Proof of residential address, if requested (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).

4 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 707ok, you agree to conduct yourself in a responsible, lawful, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 707ok platform:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Cheating: Using any software, algorithm, exploit, or method designed to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through techniques such as matched betting, arbitrage betting across accounts, or coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain a collective unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Money Laundering: Using the 707ok platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your 707ok account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, other players' accounts, or the platform's administrative systems.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with games without manual human input, unless explicitly permitted by 707ok in writing.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language toward 707ok staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.

707ok employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity continuously. Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 707ok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer via supported Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
• The maximum deposit per transaction via mobile wallet is ৳50,000.
• The maximum deposit per transaction via bank transfer is ৳200,000.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• 707ok does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on the registered 707ok account.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, BST).
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 707ok reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests at its absolute discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

707ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion alongside the general bonus principles set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Principles

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"). This specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The validity period is stated on each individual promotion.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on 707ok — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, card games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each individual game type as defined by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering real money.

Random Number Generators

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by 707ok

707ok reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is subject to fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other players. During a suspension, the player's balance will be preserved and access will be restored once the investigation is concluded, provided no breach is confirmed.

Closure by 707ok

707ok may permanently close an account — and forfeit any associated balance in whole or in part — if any of the following is established:

• The account holder is or was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during account use.
• The player provided false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• The player engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 4.
• The player initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal.
• The player has been found to have operated multiple simultaneous accounts.

Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 707ok support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be honoured, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (rather than a standard closure) are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools described in Section 9, which offer stronger protections and a clearly defined reactivation policy.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 707ok, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays, interruptions, or failures beyond 707ok's direct control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned, for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.
• Losses caused by the player's own failure to keep account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 707ok's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 707ok platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or viruses at all times.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 707ok platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 707ok or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By accessing the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the 707ok website solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 707ok.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the platform.
• Use any 707ok trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools for any commercial purpose.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or digital property without written permission.

Game content — including slot graphics, live dealer video feeds, card game interfaces, and crash game animations — is owned by the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi) and is licensed to 707ok for display on the platform. Players do not acquire any rights in game content by virtue of playing those games.

12 Amendments to These Terms

The revised Terms will display the date on which they take effect. Your continued use of the 707ok platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
